3 m × 4.2 m Side-Linked Flat Pack Container Bundle (Galvanised) for Sale
The galvanised version of our 3 m side-linked bundle: two 3 m flat-pack stores, one side-by-side link kit, hot-dip galvanised throughout rather than powder coated. £1,521 — £155less than the powder-coated build — for the same 11.3 m² of secure, expandable storage.
Galvanised or Powder Coated?
Straightforward trade-off. Galvanising is a sacrificial zinc layer bonded into the steel; it will not chip off, it self-heals minor scratches, and it will outlast paint in a wet or coastal environment. Powder coat gives you colour and a softer visual result. If the store is going on a working yard, a farm, a compound or anywhere it will get knocked, buy galvanised and spend the saving elsewhere. If it is going in a garden where people will look at it, pay the £155for green.

Where This Bundle Earns Its Keep
Schools, clubs, construction projects and domestic gardens — anywhere you need bulky items kept out of the weather and away from opportunist theft, and anywhere a delivery lorry and crane cannot reach. The components go in by hand, and the doors are key-operated, so anyone on site can use them without a briefing.
Take It Apart, Take It With You
Because the store bolts together rather than being welded, it can be demounted and re-erected at a new site, or the two units split back out and used individually. If you do split them, keep the surplus side panels — you will need them to close the units up again. Additional stores and link kits can be added to grow the bay, but note that flat-pack containers join in one direction only: side by side or end on end, not both in the same structure.
