Plan the Handling Before Delivery

Be realistic about the 4 m panels. The heaviest single component is 153 kg and you will want four to six able people to move parts from the drop-off point to where the store is being erected. Get that labour lined up for delivery day. The upside of the flat-pack format is still intact — nothing needs a crane, and the store can be assembled behind a building, inside a yard or in a position no lorry-mounted crane could ever reach.

Growing the Run

You can mix 2 m, 3 m and 4 m stores in a linked structure to hit the exact length your site allows, and there is no ceiling on how many units you join. Doors can go at both ends if you want to load from one and unload from the other. The one rule: link in a single direction only — end on end or side by side, not both in one structure.
