Paying by bank transfer? Use your order number as the payment reference and email confirmation to orders@hitchway.co.uk. Units are released for delivery or collection once cleared funds are received. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).

Bank details are issued with each invoice for your security. Email orders@hitchway.co.uk or call 01632 960 123 and we'll send payment instructions for your order.
Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Used caravans and trailers may be sold under the VAT margin scheme, in which case VAT is not shown separately on the invoice. Delivery is quoted separately by postcode unless stated on the listing.
Finance & part exchange
Finance is available on request for qualifying purchases, subject to status and affordability checks. Part exchange is considered on caravans, motorhomes and trailers. Email sales@hitchway.co.uk or call 01632 960 123 to talk through the options.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for your cancellation rights.
Business & multiple-unit orders
Ordering for a business, or several containers or trailers at once? Email sales@hitchway.co.uk with your company name, VAT number and the units you need and we'll prepare a VAT invoice with a combined delivered price.
Card security
Hitchway never stores full card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment provider under PCI-DSS controls, with Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) applied where your bank requires it.
