How to Order

Buying a caravan, trailer or container is not complicated, but the order of the questions matters — get the towing weights and site access right and everything after it is paperwork. Here is the whole thing in six steps.

  1. 01

    Start with what you tow with

    For a caravan, horse trailer or braked trailer, the numbers that matter are your vehicle's braked towing limit, its kerb weight and the towbar noseweight. The unit's MTPLM (or gross vehicle weight for a trailer) must sit within them. For a container or cabin, start with the space you need and the access to your site.

    Choose the unit & condition

    Filter by berths, bed size, horse capacity or container length. New units carry the manufacturer's warranty; used caravans are habitation checked and used trailers are checked over chassis, coupling, brakes, bearings, tyres and lights before handover. Condition notes are written into every used listing.

  3. 03

    Check your licence

    Since 16 December 2021 a full car licence lets you tow trailers and caravans up to 3,500 kg MAM. Trailers over 750 kg gross must be braked. Heavier horseboxes and combinations may need extra entitlement — check yours with the DVLA, or ask us and we'll help.

    Book a viewing or order online

    Viewings are by appointment, or we can walk round the unit with you on a video call. Order online, by phone or by email. Nothing is charged when you place the order — we confirm availability and delivery, then email an invoice.

    Pay securely

    Pay by UK bank transfer (Faster Payments or CHAPS) using your order number as the reference, or by card via a secure link. Deposits, finance and part exchange are available on request. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

    Collect or take delivery

    Collect by appointment with a full handover demonstration, or have it delivered across mainland Great Britain — tow driver for caravans and horse trailers, HIAB or tilt-bed for containers and cabins. Inspect the unit before signing the delivery note. Bought at a distance? You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How do I pick the right size? +
Caravans: choose berths for how many sleep aboard, then check the MTPLM against your car. Horse trailers: inside height for your tallest horse and gross weight against your tow vehicle. Trailers: bed size for the load and braked or unbraked for the weight. Containers: 10ft for garden storage, 20ft for a house clearance or site store, 40ft for bulk. Not sure? Call with the details and we will recommend a unit.
How much is delivery? +
Delivery is quoted by postcode and confirmed before you pay. Mainland England, Wales and Scotland are covered; the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately. Collection by appointment is free.
Do I need planning permission for a container or cabin? +
Temporary storage often does not, but permanent placement, conversions and cabins used as offices or accommodation usually do. Check with your local planning authority first; we can supply specification sheets to support an application.
Can I part exchange or use finance? +
Yes. Part exchange is considered on caravans, motorhomes and trailers, and finance is available on request for qualifying purchases, subject to status.
Can I see a unit before I commit? +
Yes. Book a viewing, or ask for a video walk-round from beside the unit. Either way you see the actual caravan or trailer before you pay.
