Maximum Ventilation, Maximum Safety

To achieve complete air circulation, the side walls have been removed and replaced with non-spark mesh framed panels, letting air move freely around stored cylinders. A fabricated lockable non-spark personnel door provides safe, controlled entry, while the container door is fitted with an emergency exit safety handle so anyone inside can always get out. Two whirlybird vents further boost passive airflow across the top of the unit.

Practical, Maintainable Design

The floor is where this unit really earns its keep. A 3mm checker plate steel floor sits over a 300mm bunded floor with a drainage outlet, so any spills or wash-down water are contained and easily managed. Removable non-spark mesh flooring on the dangerous goods floor frame makes cleaning and inspection straightforward. All appropriate plates and signage are included, and shelving options are available to organize cylinders and stock efficiently.
