Paired with the industrial lines of a shipping container, the colour reads as deliberate design.

A Real Swimming Length

At roughly forty feet long and eight feet wide, this is a proper lane. You can swim it rather than paddle across it, and the narrow width means it will run along a boundary or down the side of a building instead of consuming the middle of the plot. The steel shell is structurally self-supporting, so the install skips the excavation, rebar and shotcrete stages of a conventional in-ground pool.
