40 Ft Container Pool – Deep End Design for Sale

This is the 40-foot container pool built with a profiled floor rather than a flat one, giving you a shallow end to stand and a deep end to swim into. New 40 ft steel shell, black finish, £9,432 — £629above the Classic Design, which is what the deep-end configuration costs.

Why the Floor Profile Matters

A constant-depth pool is fine for laps and terrible for everything else. Put a graded floor in the same forty-foot shell and the pool starts working for a whole household: a shallow section where children can stand and adults can sit, a transition, and a deep end with enough water under you to dive, tread and actually swim. It is the single change that turns a lap pool into a family pool without adding a foot of length.

Build and Finish

The base is a new 40-foot container — about forty feet long by eight wide — in a black exterior finish. The steel shell carries its own structural loads, so unlike a poured pool there is no rebar, no shotcrete and no separate retaining wall in the build-up. That is what keeps the installation timeline in days rather than months.

Specifications

  • New 40 ft container conversion with deep-end floor profile
  • Black exterior finish
  • Approximately 40 ft × 8 ft overall
  • Graded floor: shallow entry through to deep end
  • Corrosion-resistant steel structure
  • Heating, filtration and lighting specified to order
  • Above-ground, semi-recessed or fully in-ground installation

Costing the Whole Project

The pool price is one line on the invoice. Add ground works, crane or truck access, a pump and filtration package, water fill, electrical supply, and any decking, coping or code-required fencing. A deep-end pool also holds more water than a flat-floor unit of the same length, which nudges heating and chemical costs up. Price it properly at the start and there are no surprises at commissioning.
