The 10ft observation unit, also called a fixed glazing container, is a compact modified container fitted with four windows and a secure steel entrance door to create a bright, self-contained space for site supervision, a porter’s lodge, a security gatehouse, or a small office. Finished in blue and delivered new, this fully insulated and wired unit gives you visibility and comfort in a footprint small enough to drop almost anywhere.

A Clear View, Fully Fitted Out

Four windows flood the interior with natural light and give occupants a wide field of view—exactly what you want for gatehouses, event control points, or supervising an active site. Inside, it’s finished as a working room rather than a bare shell: a 2kW convector heater, a 36W fluorescent light, and a 4000V 32A five-pin external power connection mean you plug in and start working. Insulation of 60 mm in the floor and walls plus 100 mm in the roof keeps temperatures stable, while a cement-bound chipboard floor with a PVC top layer wipes clean.
